Midweek Musical Musing No.6 - Wolf Among Lilacs - Medicated Kisses

While on holiday in Rome last week I became acquainted with the lead singer of Medicated Kisses - Alanna. She was flipping lovely and we spoke for a rather considerable time (she's is one helluva singer too). The band is unfortunately broken up now but that's not to say they're not worth a listen to. I've been listening to this song incessantly and annoying pretty much everybody I know by sending it to them umpteen times. Unfortunate lack of video. Midweek Musical Musing No.6.5 - Doctor Who Ska Theme - The Simmertones

As many of you will undoubtedly know I have had an unhealthy obsession with Doctor Who my entire life and this has extended to listening to all sorts of Who related rubbish. this on the other hand is up there with Orbital's electro version of the theme in terms of creativity. Loving this at the moment.

P.S. A post about my trip to Rome + the snow in Tuscany which caused our rental car to be abandoned is in the works. Right now it's just too tiring to relive it =P
